Terms of Service

By installing or using Restockly (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
The service
Restockly provides inventory management tools for Shopify stores: purchase orders, demand forecasting, stocktakes, suppliers and low stock alerts. Forecasts and reorder suggestions are estimates based on your historical sales; they are decision support, not guarantees, and purchasing decisions remain your responsibility.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system and include a 14-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the App's Plans page; cancellation takes effect immediately and Shopify prorates charges according to its billing rules.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your Shopify account credentials secure.
- Verify quantities and costs before sending purchase orders to suppliers.
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the App is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data.
Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin; your stored data is deleted within 48 hours. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or non-payment.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced inside the App. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
